The toll put a wrong time and charged more to the passengers in chennai ecr toll. most of the passengers did not notice this and used to pay the toll fee. but today one of the passenger noticed it , when he check the bill he noticed that the time is wrong (it is before 3 hrs) then he asked the officers but they are unable to answer to the passenger as he has the proof. And the passenger saying to all other passengers "check your toll bill before you pay the money". hope this make other aware.
