Starting a new series on the channel, Mods for the Classic Sonic games 1- 3&K. Basically will showcase anything I can find on the mod workshop on Steam than I can install into the games. If you are excited, let me know by subscribing. Today's video kicks off the start with SUPER and HYPER Sonic in Sonic 1 with super music selection choice. If you didn't know, Super nor Hyper Sonic did not exist in Sonic 1, so it's pretty cool to have him mow down the levels in the game with this mod. The Chaos Emeralds did exist but they were only there for collectibles. And there were six. I can't really provide mod links here like with Generations or Mania, so I'll tell you what you need to do to install these mods: Make sure you have a PC, Steam and SEGA Mega Drive installed. In your Steam game Library go to the SEGA Mega Drive page and click "Community Hub" under "Links." Then Go to the "Workshop" Tab. From there you can search for any mod you want but if its only for a specific game type the games name in the search bar and it will give you all mods related to the game. Once you get to you desired mod page after that click "subscribe" to support the mod and automatically download it. Then open the actual SEGA Mega Collection software click the game you installed the mod into, then click "mods" and then click the mod you installed, then click "load". You're done.
