In this episode of The FullStack Network I ran another mock interview for a software engineering position. In these episodes we allow our viewers and members of the community to practice their skills with interviewing. The interviews are 100% real in the sense that the questions asked are real questions and the interview process is real BUT the feedback after the interview includes many tips and feedback on the interview process. In this episode I interview pikiaboy, one of the members of the community. He is currently in collage and this is his second interview. This interview emphasized how important it is to balance the verbal communication with the thought process. If the verbal communication is in the way, you should stop and think for a minute and lay out a better plan. This was a very productive interview and I think many people that are just now thinking of going out there and interviewing will benefit a lot from.
