Straight away Khalid Baker protested his innocence, claiming he wasn’t near Albert Snowball when the young man was killed. And he had a crucial piece of evidence to support his version of events. What’s more, another male came forward and claimed he felt responsible for Albert Snowball’s death. At court the case got even stranger. The teenager who says he did it was acquitted, while Khalid was found guilty and jailed. Thirteen years later he’s served his sentence, but as Allison Langdon reports, this boxer’s fight for the truth continues.
