Easy Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo | HOW TO MAKE!

This is one of my favorite pasta dishes of all time. It is super easy and fast recipe to make for dinner during the week! Hope you all love it! Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo Ingredients: 1 lb fettuccine pasta 4 chicken breast cutlets 1/2 c unsalted butter 2 tablespoons of cream cheese 2 c heavy cream 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon pepper 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 1/2 c parmesan Directions: - Set pot of water to boil. - brush chicken with olive oil and season with 1 teaspoon salt, pepper, garlic powder on both sides. - In a skillet on medium heat drizzle 2 tablespoons olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter. - Sear chicken 3-6 minutes on each side until golden brown. Set chicken aside. - For the sauce melt 1/2 cup unsalted butter. - When butter is melted add 2 tablespoons cream cheese. - When cream cheese has soften pour 1 cup heavy cream. - Season 1 teaspoon salt, pepper, garlic powder - Simmer on low heat for 15 minutes. - While sauce simmers add pasta and salt to boiling water. - Remove sauce from heat and stir in parmesan. - Toss all ingredients well and serve.
