I’ve started with a gradient base which I’ve created with these cool Pearlescent Shimmer Powders from She Modern. Then I added a layer of She Modern Gold Translucent Glitter for extra sparkle. After sealing it in with a top coat I’ve stamped a cute image from a Born Pretty Plate with Konad Black Stamping Polish. Then I added these cute Flower Foil Water Decals In The colour Matte Gold.
