The 1992 Elections ushered in a new era in Kenya's political landscape. For the first time, the country was to experience a competitive political field, after then President, Daniel Arap Moi gave a nod to repeal section 2A of the Constitution of Kenya, bringing back multi-party democracy. But it is also a year that the ruling party changed how campaigns were done by mobilising the youth vote and the involvement of money to woo voters.
